Bank Account Opening and Life Insurance Contracts – Fully Digital!
Baloise | Baloise Bank rely on e-signature of CB Financial Services AG. We are pleased to be able to support Baloise and Baloise Bank SoBa as partners with our digital identification and signature solution, which enables legal identification and a valid contract signature in one process step. Customers have now the option of submitting and concluding account openings and life insurance contracts digitally together with their bank and/or insurance advisor within the shortest possible time. Baloise and Baloise Bank SoBa thus enable their customers to open up and maintain business relationships in a fast, simple and extremely customer-friendly manner.
The CBFS solution is a “white label solution” that can be adapted to any corporate identity and user interface. It is a modular end-to-end solution for video and online customer identification, interaction and contract conclusion. It can be set up from any device and offers the possibility to exchange documents, including a legally binding, fully digital contract with a qualified electronic signature. This makes the opening of bank accounts and the conclusion of contracts location-independent and completely digital.
In view of the ever-increasing legal challenges that financial service providers in particular are facing, our solution offers a paperless and highly efficient method of fulfilling these tasks with due care (e.g. FIDLEG, the collection of additional customer data, etc). Our digital signature solution fully complies with the applicable regulatory requirements for financial institutions. This applies to FINMA Circular 2016/07 on video and online identification for financial intermediaries in Switzerland and to the Federal Ordinance on Certification Services in the Field of Electronic Signatures and other Digital Certificate Applications (Ordinance on Electronic Signatures, VZertES 943.032). In addition, our digital signature solution meets the requirements of the BAFIN in Germany and the FMA in Liechtenstein.
